1. Pour cold milk into the jar120 ml
2. Add the syrup and blend five seconds30 ml
3. Add vanilla ice cream2 scoops · 60 g
4. Blend twenty seconds until smooth but still pourable20 sec
5. Pour into a chilled glass and top

Garnish: a vanilla pod on the rim

1. Pull a shot of espresso, or dissolve instant coffee in a little hot water and cool it30 ml
2. Add the syrup15 ml
3. Add cold milk135 ml
4. Blend with a few ice cubes until it is frothy on top15 sec
5. Pour and dust the top

Garnish: coffee dust

1. Fill the glass with iceto the top
2. Pour the syrup30 ml
3. Top with chilled soda, leaving two fingers of space120 ml
4. Float chilled cream or milk over the back of a spoon30 ml
5. Serve without stirring

1. Pour cold milk90 ml
2. Add the syrup30 ml
3. Add ice cream3 scoops · 90 g
4. Blend short — twelve seconds, no more12 sec
5. Serve with a wide straw

Garnish: whipped cream

1. Scoop the ice cream, or plate the waffle or pancake2 scoops
2. Pour the syrup over it in a slow ribbon30 ml
3. Finish with the topping
