Mojito
Paan Mojito
250 ml glass, packed with crushed ice
30 ml syrup + chilled soda
- Drop the mint into the empty glass and press it three times — stop early or it turns bitter8–10 leaves
- Squeeze the fresh lime in and stir it with the syrup for ten seconds15 ml lime
- Pour the syrup30 ml
- Pack the glass with crushed ice, right to the rimto the rim
- Top with chilled soda and lift once from the bottom135 ml
- Clap a mint sprig once between your palms and lay it on top1 sprig
Garnish: a fresh betel leaf, rose petal and fennel
