2. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, Fizora operates a strict exchange-only policy.

Eligibility for Exchange:

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery only if the product is physically damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for exchange, your claim must include:
